All products are listed as GST Exclusive.  GST of 15% is added at the checkout for New Zealand customers.

RETURNS
Should a product we sell be defective we are happy to have the item returned or exchanged. Items may be returned for this reason only. We must be contacted within 7 working days from receipt of your order. Goods must be packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, contact information as well and the reason the products are being returned.

The stability & nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients. This is beyond our control and we strongly recommend lab tests prior to commercial runs. DIY Cosmetics cannot accept any liability in this regard.

Even though our recipes are suitable for most skin types there may be some sensitivity in some individuals. We recommend patch testing on a small area of all products that you make. The products you make from our recipes are for the maker’s sole use only and should not be sold without thorough testing and research of the laws and regulations of your country.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are shipped as promptly as possible, therefore no cancellations of orders are possible.

SHIPPING

New Zealand - flat rate of $6.00. Overseas orders will be processed, we will contact you with the freight charge and when payment is made orders will be delivered.

The goods on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and the currency converter is for your convenience only. Goods are paid for in New Zealand dollars.  The convertor is linked to another site and we can make no claims as to its accuracy.
