This fine white acrylic powder is useful for making hair gels, body glitter gels, massage gels and thickening. This is an acrylic-based powder that is used to make thick gel bases and thicken lotions and creams. Non toxic, non-sensitizing, non-irritating, and does not react adversely with the environment. It is very cost effective and takes only .5% to make a thick clear gel (fine powder, wear mask when handling). This product is pH sensitive. The pH needs to be at 7 (neutral) to maintain a gel consistency. To raise the pH and keep the gel clear you may use Potassium Hydroxide liquid 10%.
