Articum lappa root: Pure Extract in Glycerin.

Test tube experiments have shown Burdock Root to have anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. The active anti-bacterial principle has been isolated and partially characterized as a lactone. In personal care products it is useful for hair, scalp and anti-acne treatments. Usage Rate: 1.5- 5% of total product.
