Facial Toners
Facial Toner for Dry or Sensitive Skin
Toners may adjust the pH back to acid after washing with soap, soothe the skin, and act as a medium for apply useful vitamins and botanicals. Use after washing the face and before apply facial oil, lotion or cream. If it’s daytime don’t forget the sunscreen!

Instructions
- Blend all your Part A ingredients together.
- Mix all the Part B ingredients together well and then add to the Part A.
- Decant into a clean bottle. Keep in the refrigerator for an extra refreshing treat.
