Penny’s Favorite Lotion

Every Christmas and Birthday my friend Penny asked me to make her more of the lovely light face cream. She said her friends started asking her what she was using after about 2 weeks as her skin tone has improved so much. Now I have to make it for her partner too as he won’t use anything else. If you mix your emulsion with a mixer at over 3000 rpms the lecithin will form lipsomes and assisti in the delivery of active ingredients through the skin.
