Formulary: Dry Skin Cream with NZ Avocado Oil

Unrefined Avocado Oil is great for dry skin and packed with vitamins. It will also give your cream a natural light olive green color. The maize starch is optional. I love to put it in hand creams to cut any oily feeling on the hand.

Instructions
- Measure out all your Oil Phase 1 ingredients into a pot.
- Measure out all your Water Phase 2 ingredients into a pot.
- Put both pots onto the stove top and heat to 70 degrees C/160 degrees F.
- When both phases are heated pour into a single pot and mix by hand or with a high speed mixer for at least 5 minutes. Do not whip the mixture or incorporate air into it.
- When the mixture has cooled to 40 degrees C add the silicone oil, liquid germall plus and any fragrance. Mix in well.
- When completely cool put into your clean pots.
